Thision WH Hot Water Generator

The Thision WH range of gas-fired condensing hot water generators delivers high volumes of hot water and consistently high efficiencies thanks to their inventive design. A gas fired low emission condensing boiler from the Thision L range is utilised in conjunction with a stainless steel storage vessel of 250 or 500 litres.

To maximize the potential to operate in condensing mode, the cold feed connection into the storage vessel of the Thision WH is positioned optimally to inject the cold refilling water towards the inlet pipe of the external indirect heat exchanger.

This working principle ensures that at any given time, the primary heat exchanger operates with lowest available water return temperature - cooling the exhaust gases to below dewpoint under almost all operating conditions. Additionally, the Thision WH is quick to respond by using a reverse of the cold feed principle where hot water is injected toward the outflow connection on the storage vessel, which allows the unit to deliver hot water in an almost instantaneous way.
 
The powerful units are capable of delivering up to 810 litres of instantaneous hot water - raised through 50ºC - in just 10 minutes.
 
A low NOx premix burner system is employed emitting less than 40mg/kWh which ensures low environmental impact.    

The unit may be room sealed or open flued.

Another feature is the option to include back-up electric immersion heaters.
